What is the point of the manual tuning option ? I was hoping to be able to scan up from say Ch42 to cut out distant transmitters on lower channels which give unreliable reception. But the scan up / scan down options don't seem to do anything - the set just sits there on whatever channel I happen to start on, asking me to nominate favourites or something from the list of programmes on that channel.The only way I can dowhat I want is to take out the aerial and wait for an auto-tune to get to 40% and then plug in the aerial. There must be a better way!
