home mode/shop mode

i bought my sony kdl 40ex720 today, when i turned my tv on for the first time i had to choose between home mode or shop mode, i made a bad decision and chose home mode, now i do i go back to the setting where i can switch from home mode to shop mode?

any help would be appreciated... thanks...

apart from reducing the life span of the set, shop mode is for bright shops!, your better off calibrating the set in home mode and use the standard setting

why would sony make a feature that reduces the life span? is it been confirmed that shop mode will reduce the life span of the set? link please...

home mode is too dark, i barely can see the colors
