my KDL40RD453 has frozen when attempting a factory reset. Got as far as page asking for 4 DIGIT Pass Code but stumped as set is about 9 years old, can this be overridden?. Will not now un -freeze and totally ignores programmer (new batteries installed) TV signal strong and working fine with 50" Bravia smart TV'. Have removed and refitted all connections without success. What am i doing Wrong ? SUGGESTIONS PLEASE. dcp155
