I have a Sony Bravia KDL40R453C tv & I want to use my UWA-BR100 dongle to connect to internet. When I insert the dongle into the tv a message says that the dongle is not supported by the tv. Why? Are the two not compatible?
Hi, I'm afraid this TV doesn't support connecting to the internet, check the Manual page 10: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4562/45621001M.pdf there's an exception of two models.
