Bravia kdl-43wf663bu does not recognise USB stick.

I only bought the TV yesterday and it won't recognise any USB memory sticks I put in it. They are all formatted exFAT and they are all SanDisk under a year old. NTFS format doesn't show either. It's very annoying because I bought this TV because I wanted to view photos and play videos I had made. Has anybody got any ideas?
