Does this model have built in Freeview?  I am trying to retune it for my mother-in-law but she is not getting all the channels she had before ie ITV1, Four etc but she is getting QVC and a few other channels

Hi

Yes it has Freeview, and fact it's getting QVC shows that the tuner is working. Strange as switchover has also boosted signal strength on the transmitter as well. I think there may be an issue with the aerial or connecting cable? Might be worth testing the tv on your aerial connection to see if the problem is still there?
