Hi,
I'm trying to update de firmware and it just won't work.

Whether i try by wi-fi or USB

My wi-fi and USB are fine.

I tried everything i could read. Nothing works.

Reset, accept the conditions, automatic update, empty usb,

I want to update because there are some mp4 files the TV can't play, some yes others no.

If anybody can fix my first problem (MP4), since the TV update is broken, it will be appreciated.

MP4 that TV can play, the Update does not introduce more Codec:

MP4 (.mp4, .mov, .3gp)
Video Codec: MPEG4, H.264, H.263, Motion
JPEG
Audio Codec: MPEG1 Layer1/2, MP3, MPEG2
AAC, MPEG4 AAC, MPEG4
HE-AAC

I can play some mp4 but not all. I wish an update could fix that.

I'm sorry but I don't think so...

Maybe with a external new device, like an Amazon Fire Stick TV, you can resolve....
