Hey, I have a Bravia KD-55XE7073 and when I click to go on any app it doesn’t work just says loading then it goes away. Netflix and Amazon work but I want to use iPlayer.
any help would be appreciated.
The suggestion from Sony is to carry out a 'Factory Reset' of the TV. This will lose all your channels, which then have to be rescanned. You would also have to change any settings you have altered from the factory supply state. I did this and it worked for me.
