Sat down with the wee lass to watch Dispicable Me on 3D but for some reason the TV doesn't seem to realise that there's a 3D transmitter connected to it.
When I try and watch the film in 3D the blu-ray pauses and I get a message saying 3D TV required. When I press the 3D button on the TV remote I get a message saying "3D transmitter required - available seperately"
Anyone have any ideas? The tv and transmitter are only 3 months old.
Have you updated the firmware on both your devices? What model products are they?
Thanks
No i've not updated the firmware and to be honest - i wouldn't know how to.
TV is a 46HX803 (i think) and not sure on the transmitter model number. It came in the 3D starter pack with the 6 films and 2 pairs of glasses.
Worth checking to see if you are currently using the current version as updating it may resolve it... Its a 5 minute job and pretty straightforward
