3D TV KDL40EX724 and EX723

Thinking of buying a Sony 3D from the sony shop with the 3d package included on model KDL40EX724 but I noticed on line John Lewis and Richard Sounds are offering a cheaper deal on the KDL40EX723 and I just want to know what the differences are between the two models? Can anyone help before I buy!

well on the Sony site the difference is £50, but with a deal like that from Richer Sounds you cant go far wrong, but i will say this (get the five year warranty) for it as well and you'll have no worries for that period.

Hi littlelady,

The EX724 has built in WiFi to connect wirelessly to your home network.

The EX723 does NOT have built in WiFi and you will need to buy a Sony USB WiFi dongle (UWA-BR100) for about £50 if you want to connect wirelessly.  However if you only intend to connect by network cable, you can save yourself the £50
