I can connect to the wi-fi network at home but i can't access the internet. When i tried to go online using my phone, it'll just show "Communication error. Try again, turn off Wi-Fi or contact your provider for support".

Are you connected to another router or just the router at home? If you have a password on the network, you can try removing it and reconnecting.

Make sure that under both Internet and Streaming settings, the Allow local conn. is set to Yes.
I've done that but it still doesn't work.
Does this occur when you connect to other wifi networks as well?

Cant upload updates. As message saying, "upload interupted".phones several years old & has bern off for ages. The provider is Virgin.
