Voice Recorder doesn't work

When I try to do a voice recording it won't let me, I even downloaded 3rd party apps and they didn't let me record either! Does anyone know what's wring or what I can do?

I have the same problem now but i make that the google voice and other works but when i try Facebook voice message not working and it was working few days ago :'(:'(

Try settings-apps-all-facebook,force stop and clear data.

Did a "Force Stop" then restarted my phone and it worked. Thanks!
