About two months ago I attempted to get a repair for my Pulse 3D headset as the ear cup cushion leather had started to detach from the frame. It being less than a year since I'd purchased them I sent an email to PlayStation Support, got a case number (03693966) and swiftly sent off the asked for serial number and pictures.
For about a month now there has been a "technical fault" on the support team's end preventing the repair booking going ahead and I'm yet to receive any information (last email from them was 2nd June) as to what this fault is and why they cannot simply send a pair of replacement ear cups.
Does anyone know of an alternate route I can chase down for a solution as the cushion material has all but come away from the ear cups at this point!
