Can't see my downloaded applications

Am experiencing a problem with my Sony Xperia T2 my downloaded apps are not appearing in the phone

Hi @Brandon4, sorry to hear that.

Do you see the text "Safe mode" at the bottom left or right on your screen? If you do, this is a troubleshooting mode where only the pre-installed applications are loaded, but you can exit this mode if you just restart your device.

If you still end up in safe mode after restarting the device, make sure that the volume down button is not stuck as the device will boot in this mode if the volume down button is pressed during the boot up process.
