Xperia M Replacement policy

hi...

Slightly_smiling_Face just bought new xperia m but within 7 days its showing problem:smileyshocked: like auto volume high and the volume key is not working and bettery getting low in half day.. so i got DOA from service center. Crying_Face

so just wants to know how many days its take for replacement or what is policy of replacement .:smileyworried:
