Yesterday, I connected my smartphone on my pc for the first time (via USB cable).
My phone asks if I want to install PC Companion, I click Install.
Everything happens normally and I succeed in transfer my contacts from the PC to the smartphone.
I also did an update for the smartphone,
and since that time:
1 - PC Companion does not recognize my phone (in MTP or MSC mode)
2 - the phone will no longer charge via my PC in MTP mode (MSC mode the phone is charging!)
3 - USB icon appears when I connect my phone to the PC in MSC mode but not in MTP mode (though in MTP mode, when I go to Settings USB connectivity, my phone indicates that the USB cable is plugged in!)
I restored and rebooted the phone and the problems are the same.
