hanging up problm

We bought tgis 2days before n from very first day it started hanging pls help

My problm is whenever i use it and after a while whenever i want to reuse it its swipe n unlock doesnot work even if i try to poweroff it doesnot recognize my touch

Its hangs does not work till i take out its battery n reinstall n power on it then also after a while it start the same problm

Have you tried to repair the software via computer

No because i do not have pc
