Volume fluctuates randomly

Hi, this is my set up:

- KD49XG9005 software up-to-date

- HT-ZF9 software up-to-date

Audio is played from the soundbar and is connected via ARC HDMI

Until recently I have had absolutely no issues with is set up. But recenly I have been experiencing an issue where the volume suddenly and randomly fluctuates.  It goes down by a couple of ticks and goes back up.  The whole thing just lasts a second max, the sounds goes down and back up like someone has mistakenly hit the volume picking up the remote.  It isn't a big problem as it only happens every so often and doesn't last, but it does break immersion whilst watching a movie for example.

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this and is there a solution?

I have the HF-ZF9 and sound is OK, however. I have just posted a message about a 10-12 second delay before picture appears on the TV, after pressing the ON button on the sky remote.  I have a scrolling message on the HF-ZF9 which says 'please wait'. Do you experience the same delay?

Hi, there is a 2-3 second delay max.

Just as an update, I switched off Auto Volume which seems to have done the trick.
