Sony Blu Ray Player RMT B128P

Hi, my player won’t switch on manually and none of the buttons on the remote are working. The display on the the player is flashing the word ‘off’.

The player is approx two years old.

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you might need to get in touch with Sony Support, but I will also see if I can find any suggestions for you. Someone else in the community might be able to help in the meantime, though.

I've searched everywhere for the model you provided, but it seems like a remote control model number not the player's model number.

Could you let us know of the model number of the player?

"RMT" is for REMOTE, if (if) your Player work fine...:
