Bought the above sound box to improve sound to my Sony TV etc. Resently the sound quality and volume have got worse, in fact since I upgraded to a SKY Q box. Sometimes, even on full volume, it is hard to hear TV. Engineer whom set up system and has since checked it says it is Skys fault and not my box. Does any one else recognise this senario? Does any one have a solution or any suggestions on how I can improve situation? I did have a set of head phones which plugged into the back of the old Sky box but Q box does not have this facility. Help.
