DN1040 blank output

Hi,

I've got a Sony KDL-55HX753 TV and Panasonic Projector, which is connected to a DN1040 - with a PS3 and Sky Box as inputs.

The 1040 is only a few days old, but I've been having problems getting it to display from either Sky or PS3 (connected to Sat and Game inputs) on the TV. It worked when I first got it, but a few days later and it displays nothing. Oddly, a reset usually fixes the problem until the next power cycle.

I've tried using different inputs (Video 1 for example), but no luck. Oddly, if I press the home button then the GUI will appear - just no Sky/PS3 video. If I power up the projector, then it will display fine - and if the TV is on at the same time it will even make that work. I've got it set up to output on A+B.

This seems to be a common issue mentioned on the US version of this forum. Is there any way I can fix this, or am I going to have to return it?

I've had some feedback on another forum which prompted me to try rotating the HDMI output options.

It seems that if I change HDMI A+B output to just A, then my TV works. If I change it to A+B then it doesn't work.

Could this be a firmware problem or a hardware problem?

I have SKY on Video 1 and BT Vision on SAT/CATV on DN1040 and no problems with a blank screen . I've used A and A+B (only have single connection to TV on A) .

I did get a blank screen when I had accidentally pressed PARTY Start on the remote and no realised, took a while to work out what was going on. I had mine two weeks now and still learning about it ... Had a couple of automatic switch off of the box with"PROTECTOR" but I guessed it was my playing around. Got my front speakers on Bi-Amp now

I have the same problem.
When Dn1040 is turned off, after few minutes the tv does not recieve the signal. It was working well before.
