Sony wh-1000xm3 charging

Hi when I plug my headphone to an AC OR COMPUTER the red light work for only 7 seconds and the head phones doesn't charge... What to do????

Had same problem. Returned to store.

I bought my first pair in July, then this same issue began happening after 3 months of use. I sent them to Sony for a repair under the warranty, however they couldn't even fix the issue. So, they sent me a new pair, and exactly 3 months in the same thing has happened and I have to send them off to Sony yet again.

This headset is NOT worth the money when it has such a major issue.
