yes - the cost of the part then the postage ontop .... no where in the uk to buy this part.
The grease fitted at time of manufacturer of this part has leaked and causing the dial not to rotate - but now while dismantling i hadnt noticed - i have broken the red & black wires for the capaciter so dont know which colour to resolder circuit board and also the green & yellow wires from the circuit board under the flash have come off the large main green motherboard.
To some up ..... an expensive camera with premature failure of switch ... not pleased with the lack of purchaseable items from sony.
14months old - used for 2 holidays - approx 200 photos taken with camera ..... not pleased
