Register my Product not working
I can put in the model number, but it won't let me put in the Purchase Details in order to proceed. Am I missing something here, or is the Register My Product not working?

I have been trying for the past 3 hours to register my ZX-507 and it keeps giving me a sorry something went wrong message. At this point I have tried everything. even different browsers. The player is brand new, the plastic has not even been taken off of it. With the frustration I am tempted to send it back.

@moviemusic the registration for Sony products is essentially for the newsletter, the warranty is registered by default and your receipt is your "contract" or "proof".
That said, one of the Sony support reps gave me a handy link which might work for you. I tried it on Firefox and Chrome for the record (my browsers of choice).

Took me a while to figure it out, but on the extended warranty registration, Sony uses European date format.
So instead you typing 23-03-2021
Type 2021-03-23
This will get you thru the process
