What have you tried? Have you tried a re-set?

Remove the power cable from the unit for 15 minutes. Reconnect, turn on and press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds.

The reset button is behind an oval panel on the front-right of the unit. Remove the panel with your finger-nail and press and hold the reset with the point of a pencil or a ball point pen.

Good luck - these units are very quirky but seem to go on for ever.

Tried all of the above to re-boot it but still won’t fire up the tv, nightmare😱, thanks for your input.

You can contact them using their phone number/email. I believe they'll still be able to help. You can also check if they can arrange for an in-home inspection.
