Model KD-49X8309C menu not loading

Can anyone help. My softwear is up to date. The menu is not fully loading & on catch up i cannot get ITV on ITV hub, is says my location cannot be found yet ive set it so many times

any ideas please

Try simply restarting Android TV by holding down the Power button on the remote control.
