KDL32WD756

My usb HDD is not recognised by the TV. I have reformatted to fat32 but it states that it's not recognised and will not move further forward on the menu system to register. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mark,

 

Have you tried both USB ports on your TV? Or maybe a different USB drive?
