Being able to buy PS4 in Serbia, but not being able to register Serbian account, or at least pay for PS4-related products(games, apps, PSPlus etc.) is a scam! Why would I have to make 4 different accounts on 4 different platforms just to be able to pay. Plus the fees to paypal, entropay or to a gift card seller. This is why you can't sell phones, you don't give a damn about your customers. I'd need to relocate to be able to play games, you got sense of humor, I'll give you that, Sony!
