Horizontal video showing up as vertical

Hi, recently took a video horizontally, phone shows the video as being horizontal, windows media player also shows horizontal, VLC and Youtube show it as vertical so rather than being 1920x1080 its skinny and long, video taken using Z5 anyone got any ideas?
