Situation - used reader before bed, placed on bedside table and next morning the screen has an appearance that its been smashed.
I can't work it our - its only 6 days old.
Because of its appearance the seller nor Sony will honour the warranty. Any suggestions.
Err.......... it rather sounds like the screen is,,,,,,,,, well, smashed ?
Which may give a hint as to why the warranty won't cover it.
