login problem

My wife cannot login to sony estore to use her ereader her account email is not recognised, I cannot register her reader in my name as it is registerted already - now what ?.  buy a Kindle???

Well, I don't know if it makes any difference - but Sony Reader Store is not yet up and running - I believe now slated for January.

But have you done the Reader 4 PC bit, and has your wife got an Adobe ID ?
