Adding Reader to an existing account.

I have a sony account,how do I add the details of my Reader on to it? Any help greatly appreciated.

What you need to do is go to support then click on register your product,

I'm assuming you reader is new, if it's not, you need to make sure the previous owner has taken it off thier list.

If you are having any trouble loading DRM books on your reader, you may need to ring Sony support to take it back to factory settings. I've just had to do all this myself.

Make sure that there are no existing users registered to your reader. Otherwise, it will be a pain. I think Sony can reset it. You just have to contact them.
