Summer Cashback Rejected

Good Morning All,

Hope this is the right place to ask this question. My cashback claim for the Sony AX53 that I recently purchased has been rejected because thay say they cannot accept my claim because the reseller [Currys PC World Ebay Store] where I bought the product is not a participating reseller in this promotion. Currys PC World is on the list of eligible dealers for this promotion. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi,

I've been told that Currys PC World is an eligible dealer while Currys PC World Ebay Store is not. Ech... Not really fair in my opinion 😪
