PMB 5.3.01 on WIN7 After upgrade!

How do I TELL PMB the files are already uploaded from my Handycam.

It tries to re-load everything..

It is bit hevy to explaint but in step before appiered import command, from the site, You will have option in PMB where ask You - just new fails or all fails, so there You can mark just new or latest fails, and it will be ok.
