My device have no display yet it still working...
it is working because it is still charging and when I connecting in my laptop using pc companion, they still detected and can be explore the files.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You could also try performing a soft reset on the device, this could just be a small glitch.

Hold power key and Volume Up key for 10 seconds. Once the handset vibrates 3 times leave it for 10 seconds then try power the device.

Soft reset is the solution, im checked the manual how to deal with it and it work. Thanks for the help.
