Worst Customer service

XBR55A8H I try several attempts to speak to a manager from Corporate but Customer advocate group only prefers to email, which makes that there decision, in this case the customer isn’t always right. If anyone has the number to Corperate and not customer relations or advocate group please send it to me. I am super stress and over drain about this. These people working at home only make things worst most of them sound drunk, eating or not even paying attention. It didn’t use to be like this. Many times I only hear “so what can I do for you” after taking for more than 5min. Sony is a good product and that’s why I stand these frustrations, I hate to never use Sony because of the bad management and services so please someone NEW help me. Someone fresh in which I can explain my situation and probably get the matter resolved.

Seems like you've had a terrible experience, though the model number is not a European one. Which country's support are you talking about/looking for?

Just get them to escalate your Complaint

It’s not that easy trying explain to people that don’t value their customers. Most prefer to take acting for themselves and block you from connecting to escalations.

I am in the United States and as much as I try to move my account from the UK to US it doesn’t allow me. Meaning I am stuck in this county community.

All I can tell you is I was having the same problems, going round in circles for months. Then I asked to escalate it and WOW! I got some great guy who sorted everything out for me and more in a week!! And I mean really sorted everything out!! Incredible so much so that I will NEVER leave Sony and I rate them as one of the top companies. So just send a simple email that says will you escalate my case please.

I understand your advice and I can honestly say I did everything I can call, email, letters. Unfortunately didn’t get the luck you got idk why I don’t understand why either. It’s been very difficult for me that I pray I and I hope I can come across someone that helped you. I also pray that management actually does something to improve service and make all personal to understand Sony is business with great products and it would be a shame to make their customers think otherwise because of bad service. Sometimes that’s what it has to come to that you hope to get lucky to get connected to the right person. In which I hope all associated and services personals should actually be like, so we can all feel the same way you felt.
