I have the Sony TV KD 55xf9005 and I have installed the kaspersky vpn, but when I open it, it appears in a small part of the screen (see the photo), and I can't make any adjustments. Is there a way to fix this?
looks maybe like the app is designed for mobiles only and not actually tv so the resolution problem and aspect ratio is probably designed for a mobile screen, i may be wrong, but ive seen android mobile apps only open up like this on the tv, you could try altering the tvs aspect ratio, if you have that set on auto try it on zoomed
I searched but couldn't find an aspect ratio setting on the TV, so I can't try it.
@teligal I think it will not be adjusted, you can try deleting and redownloading it, if the same issue happens so it's clearly the App is not designed for a TV.
i did that too, but unfortunately nothing happened. It's a shame because I bought this application in order to install it on TV and a tv box. It was successfully installed there, but not on TV.

@teligal Well, the best option is to contact Kaspersky's software creators to address that issue.
I have already done it, they told me that it does not work with tv and android box.
I installed it on an android box and it works without any problems.
On television, however, it appears as shown in the picture.
Finally they told me to ask on the sony forum, if there is a solution!
