Sony Pictures Core app and my TV freeze

When I start a movie in Sony Pictures Core, almost a minute goes by and the app and my TV freeze and I have to turn off the TV at the outlet to start my TV again. Does anyone else experience this? My TV is a Bravia A95K

Do you have enough storage on your TV? Maybe you can try to Free up storage on your TV

@TheRealKjalarr try to clear cached data on your tv, if still the same do a factory reset.

this has happened to me when I click on a specific movie on my a95k

That’s my boy on Sony pictures core causes my television to freeze completely

Here, you most likely need to update the Bravia A95K firmware and the Sony Pictures Core application. If the problem persists after this, simply clear the application cache or reinstall the application to resolve the freezing issue.
