Sony Bravia KD65AG9 'Exit YouTube' stuck

See attached pic, have got this on screen when I go to HDMI inputs.

Have mains powered TV down, then factory reset but still there and won't let me go any further (can't select quit)

YouTube videos offer no help, more interested in self promoting than helping!

Can anyone on here offer help?

On the remote, arrow down (below centre ring) to move the highlight to EXIT.

Then OK (remote, centre ring) to action it.

What do you mean you can select quit? does the remote stop working? Can you see the LED at the bottom blink when you press OK?

When does the message appear (only when you start Youtube, or when you turn the TV on)? Does unplugging the TV from the mains help recover the system back to the Home page?
