No sound on You view using catch up

I have just purchased a sony android tv and am having issues when using the You View app to watch programmes in the past. There is no sound on all the catch up services and I cannot seem to find the option to turn on the sound. There is sound while watching live broadcasts. Is there a separate sound for You view?

Also it would be helpful to know the model of your TV.

The model of the TV is KD43XH9196. The software is upto date.

Hi wasnidgea, there's no separate setting for the sound on YouView as far as I know. Try unplugging the TV from the mains for few minutes, let me know if that worked. Also, what's the software version? Press Help on the remote, it should be on the upper corner of the screen.
