Hi all,
I have been trying to open Netflix or Prime Video apps for two days already but they do not work, while everything was good before. When I open the app, the screen goes black.
However, other apps such as Youtube still work. But the TV is responding very slowly to any inactivity... (and it was bought in January).
I have the device KD-55XD8599 and version 7.0 (the system says it is up to date).
This is really inconvenient since they are the two only apps I am using on my TV, hence I cannot do anything with it...

I'm also having issues with Netflix and Amazon, what did you do to solve it?
