I have read the web site info but there is no Settings after pressing the Home button.  So how do I connect my iPhone to this TV in order to show photos?

It is not easy...

The only way to watch photos at 4K is by using the pre-installed Album app. So you have to copy photos to some USB storage in order to display them. The Album app is pretty basic though, displaying photos in the wrong chronological order.

There are apps which make the Android TV accessible via Apple AirPlay. 3rd party apps always have to render to 1080p though due to the cheap SoC inside Sony ATV. A dedicated 4K pipeline for 3rd party apps only exists for video.

Another way is to install Google Photos on your iPhone. You can then cast photos to the TV. In this case photos are transcoded to a 1080p H.264 video though which also results in quality degradation.
