My TV has just updated to the latest firmware: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00196897
I enabled Samba Interactive, and once the update had finished I switched it off. Switched it back on a couple of hours later, and the 'Home' button now doesn't work. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated as this is a hugely frustrating issue.
I have the same issue so am unable to access any settings on tv to factory reset etc.
