Delete all account data from Bravia Android TV?

So, my KD-65X8509C TV is being replaced on Friday.  What is the best way of ensuring that all my private data, such as Google password, Amazon password, Netflix password, WIFI details, etc. are completely removed?

Best way is to reset the tv back to factory default settings.

Thanks, is that guaranteed to delete the private data?  Also, is there some way to delete the private data when the TV isn't working?
