KD49XE8396 Updated Software yesterday, now unable to select Sky Box or Apple TV from Source Menu, ARC Connection to Onkyo Sound System not been recognised, converted Audio Source from ARC to Optical, sound works fine , despite having to select speakers manually
checked HDMI leads all good, it would appear the update has corrupted the HDMI platform some how , help please
Have you reset the tv after the upgrade?

What happens when you bring up the input menu on the TV and select one of the HDMI devices? Are they plugged into the TV directly or there a device in the middle passing the signal through?
