I have searched for this subject with no success?
My 10 month old Bravia Android (KD43XH8096BU) keeps rebooting/restarting every 2 or 3 hours
whilst we are using it?
Is it a problem since a update? Has anyone else experienced the same?
Sometimes the volume stops working too & I have to unplug it(TV) for a minute to get it back!!
What are the recomendations for curing it?

They’ve just replaced it for the same model, it’s still got 4 years left on the warranty. This isn’t over yet.

Hey @ shahayhu, how are things going so far? Also which TV model have you got? As far as I'm aware this issue is affecting some models only.
2 weeks later I am still having the same re-boot problem with my KD-65XF9005.
Yes firmware up to date, Android O/S is 9, build number 6.71651
Yes connected to internet over wifi and updates enabled.
Yes, factory reset done.
Yes, I am now totally fed up and will be going back to John Lewis having given it my best shot.
Yep same here I’ve tried everything. I’ll be contacting Richer Sounds ASAP.

it’s still doing it. Sony have had the cheek to suggest it’s only myself that’s having the issue despite me telling them numerous times about this thread. They then tried to say it was either my PS4 or Sky Q causing the issue.

Hey guys, the random reboot issue is known by Sony, and they have been working on a solution (supposed to be a software update), if you didn't please contact Sony directly to report it.
Update on my KD-65XF9005 as at 18th January 2022:
After another factory reset (3rd time since I've had it) 10 days ago, and the usual chores of:
it seems to be behaving itself now.
I will keep you posted, especially if the re-setting reoccurs.

Got so fed up with Sony fobbing me off that I have got nearly all my money back from Richer Sounds. So the question is do I risk getting the XR55A80JU or bin Sony altogether and get the LG55C14LB.
