Amazon Prime App error

I have owned a Sony Bravia for about 12 months. The AMAZON Prime App has worked fine. A week ago when I accessed the App it said that the Internet wasn't connected. Checked and internet was. Did a speed test and got 125mbps so more than enough. Accessed Netflix ok, browser ok but Prime not working. Sid a factory reset and it worked fine for a day then next morning same issue again. Anyone else had this issue?

It is probably a problem of the current version of the App, with the restoration an older one is installed but which is then updated allowing the problem to return. Either restore and do not allow the App to update itself, from the Play Store, or wait for a new version of Prime...
