AG9 restarting

Twice this afternoon when watching TV my 10 month old 55" AG9 has turned itself off and done a complete Android TV restart, as you can imagine it was frustrating, any suggestions why? I Was watching a 4K Bluray at the time, I have Bravia Sync enabled with my Sony UBP X800, SKY Q, Apple TV and Yamaha 1060 amp

Hi @TheJarv78   Have you installed any Apps or changed anything? For these type of glitches, probably the best approach is to perform a factory reset to ensure that there is nothing odd running in the background.

Hi @LightFoot Last app I installed was Disney+, I will perform a factory reset, also my TV hasn't prompted for the Android 9 update, still says its up to date when manually checking
