3D XBR-55X900C not working

Sony Bravia XBR-55X900C 3D not working, version 7.0

1. Action menu-3D setting-3D display (Off) inactive button -can not change

2. in youtube app

Action menu-3D setting-3D display side by sie & over-under -can select but can not get 3D effect

Previously was working good but now not working, Any suggestion????
