White bar splitting dpf E72N image

can't resolve this - a 1.2cm white bar appears on the dpf screen splitting the image in 2.  Have tried to reset but it has not solved the problem.  Any ideas?

Hi clivestilwell, welcome to the Sony Forums.

I've not seen that problem on a photo frame before but it did once happen to a laptop screen I had which was damaged (it turned out) due to the electronic contacts at the border of the frame breaking.

It's possible your frame is also damaged but it could equally be a firmware issue. I'd suggest contacting Sony, as one of the techs may have seen this before and be able to advise. The details are on this 'sticky' post:

probably the image file is corrupt. Are all images displayed in this way?
